With your outer eyes closed, focus on your next several inbreaths and outbreaths…
Now, think about where you are in an understanding of where your Ultimate Source of comfort comes from when you need to feel consoled and comforted during unnerving … daunting… or even scary experiences.
No matter how spiritual we are, there are times when we need a comforting moment or two… or three… to feel supported during our incredible human odyssey.
The emotional ache for a Divine Presence with skin on is preferred by most people… It’s the shelter of a physical hug… a thoughtful whispered condolence… a soft vocalized consolation … someone visually to confide in… that are the endearments sought in times of sorrow… worry… and angst.
It’s an inner need to feel safe and protected… emotionally cared for… It’s being the beneficiary of heartfelt tenderness… in trying times.
And while you may have grown up in a religious ideology that taught you to seek the comfort, help and guidance of a deity in the sky, you now believe in a non-anthropomorphic Ultimate Reality that’s the Ground of All Beingness… an Infinite Isness that’s Pure Universal Consciousness… a Divine Cosmic Energy… that’s the Higher Spiritual Essence of you and everyone else in human form.
You now know that you’re the lower vibrational Life Force of this Ultimate Reality actualizing as you… yet you want to feel comforted by this Cosmic Energy.
You want to ‘feel’ a deep visceral relationship with this Primordial Energy… ‘hear’ a comforting voice… ‘see’ a visual comforter.
Sooo, take a big ‘psi’ of relief … You can ‘see,’ ‘feel,’ and ‘hear’ the Ultimate Reality Comforter because the Ultimate Reality Comforter has skin on in all of Its human expressions… because It’s the Higher Spiritual Essence (Divine Nature) of every human being – and pet – and plant – and landscape – and sunrise.., and sunset in the physical universe that gives you comfort.
It’s as close to you as your next inbreath and outbreath… as your next heartbeat… as your next thought… your next emotion… your next choice… your next experience… your next opportunity to give someone else comfort.
Your Divine Nature is the Cosmic Connoisseur of Comfort… It holds the key to inner peace and serenity when you surrender to your Timeless Higher Spiritual Essence.
By its very Innately Constant Nature… It offers you a ‘Ministry of Eternal Omnipresence’… a Temple of Touch… a Castle of Comfort … a Fortress of Protection.
You won’t get any saccharine sentiments from Its All Knowing Infiniteness … Instead It’ll grant you the dignity of your own Soul Signature’s evolutionary ability to Divinely Order your human experience…
It underwrites your own sense of resolute clarity… of keeping you honest with yourself… of moving you resolutely toward your Greater Good.
Because your Divine Nature is your Eternal Higher Spiritual Vibration, it guarantees that your own Super-Consciousness can bring you the soul energies of all of the people and pets you’ve ever loved, who’ve already graduated from their skin school experience, so their spirits can comfort you in your current time of need… anywhere, at any time, and in any place.
Your Soul Signature is your Cosmic Seatbelt… It has helped you stay safe through many other versions of you on your Self-Realization journey… and It will be your safety net no matter how high you soar in your spiritual pursuits.
And that, our friends, really is the truth. … And so it is.
